1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Story Atelier, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian allowing your child to interact with the platform, you agree to supervise their session and accept responsibility on their behalf.

2. Free-to-Play & Paid Saving Mechanism

★ Transparency Clause: All interactive stories, choice paths, 3D animations, and custom choices on our platform are entirely 【100% Free to Play】 and read through. You are never billed for browsing or reading. A digital charge applies strictly and optionally at the very final step when you consciously decide to export, permanently save, and compile your family's custom generation onto your personal shelf.

3. AI-Generated & Artistic Content Intellectual Property

Our platform blends original hand-crafted paper quilling assets with responsive AI pipelines.

• Our Assets: All layout codes, 3D components, user interfaces, and original vector styles are owned exclusively by us.
• Your Co-Created Masterpiece: Once a storybook is purchased and compiled, you receive a lifetime personal, non-commercial license to display, read, share, and enjoy that book link with friends and family. Commercial resale or distribution of the compiled books or assets is prohibited.

4. Payments, Link Finder, & Refund Policy

• Secure Payments: All premium saving workflows are securely handled via **PayPal**.
• Link Retrieval: If you accidentally close your custom story tab or lose your link, you can retrieve your permanent book on any device by submitting your Transaction ID into our Receipt Link Finder.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate computing cost and digital nature of generating and hosting individual AI custom resources, all final purchases for saved storybooks are non-refundable. However, because you can play the story fully for free before choosing to save it, you can always guarantee complete satisfaction prior to making a payment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When co-creating stories, you agree not to type, inject, or input any harmful, obscene, adult, or malicious text into our AI story dynamic naming prompts. We reserve the right to revoke permanent access to any generated links that violate safe family environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Story Atelier is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive for 100% stable 3D graphics on standard mobile and tablet browsers, but we cannot warrant that AI content generation will always perfectly align with exact individual stylistic expectations.
